Service Description

1. **Hand Wash and Dry:** - Thorough hand wash to safely remove dirt, grime, and contaminants followed by hand drying to prevent water spots. 2. **Clay Bar Treatment:** - Application of clay bar to remove embedded contaminants and restore smoothness to the paint surface. 3. **Machine Polishing and Waxing:** - Machine polishing to enhance gloss and depth of paint, followed by application of high-quality carnauba wax for durable protection and shine. 4. **Wheel and Tire Cleaning:** - Thorough cleaning of wheels and tires to remove brake dust, grime, and old tire dressings. 5. **Trim and Plastic Restoration:** - Restoration of exterior trim and plastic surfaces to revive their appearance and protect against UV damage. 6. **Glass Cleaning and Polishing:** - Cleaning and polishing of exterior glass surfaces for maximum clarity and visibility.

Cancellation Policy

1. **Authorization to Perform Services:** I authorize **One Touch Detailing LLC** to perform interior and/or exterior detailing services on my vehicle as described in the service agreement or requested during the service appointment. I understand that the services provided may involve the use of professional cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques. 2. **Pre-Existing Damage:** I acknowledge that **One Touch Detailing LLC** is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages to my vehicle, including but not limited to: - Scratches, dents, chips, or cracks - Paint oxidation or damage - Stains, tears, or wear to upholstery - Pre-existing mechanical or electrical issues I agree to disclose any pre-existing damage or conditions prior to the start of the service. 3. **Personal Items:** I understand that **One Touch Detailing LLC** is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. I agree to remove any personal belongings before service begins. 4. **Cleaning Results:** I understand that while **One Touch Detailing LLC** will make every effort to achieve the best possible result, the age and condition of the vehicle, as well as existing damage, may limit the effectiveness of the cleaning. Certain stains, odors, and damages may not be completely removed or repaired through detailing. 5. **Vehicle Modifications:** I acknowledge that **One Touch Detailing LLC** is not responsible for any damage caused by vehicle modifications, custom work, or aftermarket accessories, including but not limited to: - Custom paint - Aftermarket wheels - Custom interiors or electronics 6. **Liability Waiver:** I release **One Touch Detailing LLC**, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability or claims for damages to the vehicle or any property contained within, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by **One Touch Detailing LLC**. 7. **Paint Correction & Protection:** For paint correction and protection services, I understand that results can vary depending on the condition of the paint, and **One Touch Detailing LLC** cannot guarantee perfect results. Paint protection services (ceramic coating, wax, etc.) provide limited protection, and regular maintenance is required to maintain the product's effectiveness. 8. **Completion and Payment:** I agree that payment is due upon completion of the detailing service. 9.
